Q: What if my order does not total to $148 but I would still like home delivery?

A: We can deliver for $10! Just select the $10 delivery fee as your shipping option at checkout and we will deliver on the designated day for your area.

Q: When do I need to place my order to ensure I get my order on the designated delivery day?

A: In order to account for processing time, the delivery deadline is 12 PM the day before the scheduled delivery to your area.

i.e. For Friday’s delivery, orders need to be placed Thursday before noon (same applies for all weekdays + Saturday)

i.e. For Monday’s delivery, orders need to be placed Saturday before noon.

Q: What if I need to cancel my order?

A: Please inform us by 12pm the day before your delivery day (604-620-8990).

Q: I live in an apartment building, can you deliver?

A: As long as someone is home and available to open the front door, we can deliver!

Q: If I am not home can you leave my groceries on the doorstep?

A: For houses, we can leave your groceries at your door if you prefer. When filling out your contact details, write “Leave at door” beside your phone number.

*note: we cannot do this for apartments

Q: How do I know approximately what time of day my order will be arriving?

A: Our hours of delivery are between 10 AM and 10 PM. We will call 1 hour in advance to notify you that we are on our way. Otherwise please call customer service at 604-620-8990, if you have a special request.

Q: What if I miss my delivery?

A: Call us at 604-620-8990 to rearrange a re-delivery.

To return your product, you can drop off or mail your product to:

Drop off / shipping cost of returning item is on you and is non-refundable. However, the price of unsatisfied/ damaged goods will be refunded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

If a product ordered is unavailable, we will refund the full price of the item ordered within 24 hours. 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
